INTRODUCTION

Gender-based violence (GBV) can affect anyone in the University, whether a student, a professor, REPS, regardless of position. It is rooted in power dynamics which facilitate perpetrators to wield physical, emotional, or financial dominance over individuals with diminished power due to their gender (Avakyan, 2017). It continues to persist until we all take the responsibility.
